FUL- April Kit - Clock tag - Take 2 with video!

Hello Paper & Uni friends!

I re-made this tag since there were requests for a tutorial. All shiny and new with new photos and and a little bit different because I didn't have exactly the same materials. I hope you still love it though!

Below is the video.

This month the Flying Unicorn April KOM, is a mixture of so many goodies. Where to start. Lots of lovely Prima papers and for this post I'm using the Tales of You & Me- Notre Jardin Secret Paper.
With the kit we got a  Prima chipboard tag and I covered it with this beautiful paper.

One of the other papers (Belles Melodies d'Amour) I used with the Prima doily die. I painted a Creative Embellishment - Doorknocker Chipboard piece with the Finnabair Acrylic paint we got in the kit.

When dry I dry-brushed it with the Steampunk Copper paint. The Prima clock mold I just dry-brushed with the Steampunk Copper paint. Same as the mold on the bottom of the tag with a little accent in the purple paint. On the bottom of the tag I put some lace and placed the Prima mold on top. I used Prima Crystals on the lace for an extra detail.

Now it's time for all the flowers. Since a tag is small I opted for small flowers it keeps it all nicely balanced. The biggest ones are Prima-flowers-5868843 the small ones from Wild Orchid Crafts.

This is it! I hope you like it!

Thank you for looking!

  1. I love your "creations". We are very similar in style. The only thing, if I may say so, I know why you speed up the video, but maybe you could slow it down just a tick. It's literally impossible to look at anything that you show because it goes so fast. When you hold something up to show it's like a flash and it's gone For all of us that have older eyes, slowing it down just a tad would be wonderful. I don't mind watching for another few minutes, if I could actually see and focus on what you are doing!!! Thank you for a beautiful tag!

    1. Thank you very much for responding to my blog. I appreciate all of the feedback. I'm in between a rock and a hard place. When I first inquired about videos people told me to keep them under 10 minutes hence the speeding up. I myself sometimes have to re-watch or pause a video to get a closer look. I'm happy I've inspired you. Have a wonderful scrappy day :)
