ScrapBerry's - Fun & Sun Adventure

Hello Paper and ScrapBerry's friends!

During May and June we're celebrating all things Family and Kids at ScrapBerry's. Our challenge is also running this theme and the Zoe & Ziggy’s - Sailing Adventures collection is just perfect for fun kids projects.

I started with a reverse frame, distressed the edges a little with a hammer, then painted it with a base yellow color. Dry brushed with some blue and used the Butterfly set of stamps for some details on the frame. 

I used one of the sheets from the Zoe & Ziggy’s - Sailing Adventures 6x6 collection as a background. I fuzzy cut pieces from the Deep Sea Treasures and Anchors Away sheets to create a fun scene with lots of a layers.

On the edge of the frame I added Cherry Blossoms, Seaside

Metal Charms and some other fuzzy cut details to finish of the project.

Sky, shine brightly!

Hello Paper and ScrapBerry's friends!

Today I'm sharing with you my latest project. 

A card using the Antique Shop collection.

For the card base I used the Depth of the Ocean sheet. Standard size 5-1/2"x8" scored in half. Cut some layers with the same sheet, Old Vessel and Blue Prints. I just love layers. I wrapped some string around some of the layers and stapled it. 

 To match the paper and title I got a chipboard balloon. I added some Enamel Brads to the balloon.  Continued decorating the card with the gorgeous Fairy Tale Polymer Flowers and some extra flowers on top.  A Crystal Sticker for a starry sky an extra title and we're all done!

ScrapBerry's - Basik & Ko - Notes card

Hello ScrapBerry's and Paper friends!

Sharing with a card I made using the Words live Forever collection.

For this card I'm finally using the super cute Basik & Ko stamp. When ever I see it, it makes me think of the cartoon The Great Mouse Detective, and Sherlock Holmes. I had to make him look smart. Wearing something plaid. As you do! 

For the background of the card I used a stencil and paste with a hounds-tooth design to keep the theme going. For my layers I fuzzy cut lots of beautiful items from the 12x12 collection. Finishing it of with some flowers and we have a fun card.

Card - True Love is Forever!

Hello ScrapBerry's and paper friends!

Today I'm sharing with you a new card using the brand new collection Cherished Jewels and you can use it for lots of occasions. Of course we're just around the corner for Valentine's Day and this card will work really well for that, or for an Anniversary it would work just as well.  

I picked my papers from the 6x6 collection and cut them to size. From the sides from one of the sheets I fuzzy cut the flower borders tucking them in under the edges of the middle strip. The sentiments on these papers are just wonderful.  

To decorate the card I chose an assortment of ScrapBerry's flowers and finished it off with putting some gesso here and there.
