Prima Card for a lot of occassions.

Hello friends,

Sharing with you a card I made for a dear friend of mine. It's for her birthday, but as you can see, it could work for other occasions too.

I used a smaller size envelop to create an extra layer of pockets and decorating possibilities. A nice way to leave a surprise note, gift card or something else ;) .

The teal brings some nice pops to the lighter papers I used as the base of this card.
Of course Prima has the best flowers to complete the whole project.

Some more close ups and inside looks.

Thank you again for taking a look.

Have a great weekend!

CSI Case 292 - Love

 Hello friends!

Today I'd like to share a layout with you I made for CSI Case 292.

As with all the CSI challenges the objective is to use as many clues as you can to solve the case.
For this case I used the colors in the flowers.
The frame around the pictures.
Stripes in the stencil.
Flowers - Loads and loads of flowers.
Watercolor/Spray - ink around the layout
Fabric/mesh - pieces from crochet doilies
Metal - ladder and watering can.
Circles - the chipboard pieces
Stamps - background embossing
Bling - Gold embossing
Topic - Girls scrapbook trip
Dream - In one of the titles

It's taken me a while to finally use this picture.
This was such a fun scrapbook get together at the best place with the best host.

I hope I've done it justice.

As always, thank you for stopping by.

See you around the internet!

Tropical State of Mind - DA & Lindy's

Hello friends,

Sharing a new layout for you made for the Dusty Attic and Lindy's August challenges.

The color palettes are quite similar and with the beautiful 49 and Market papers I found to match them I think I made it all work. I hope you like it.
The picture was taken at St Maarten and is of the Courthouse there. Always a lovely destination during our cruises.

Embossing Powder

To fit the Dusty Attic challenge the colors matched and I found a nice picture with palm trees to fit the theme. Going through my stash of the gorgeous Dusty attic chipboard I found a few good ones for layering. Also used a Dusty Attic stencil.

After doing a few layouts with lots of bright colors it's fun to work on a layout with pastels. So different.

I want to thank you all for taking a look at my blog and supporting me.

Have a great day and see you around the internet!

CE & CSI 291 - Wanderlust Joy

Hello Friends,

Sharing with you a layout that I made to fit with 2 challenges.
The Month of August seems to be Purple month.
A beautiful color. Love it!

The layout I made has a picture of us when we were in Disney World 2 years ago. It was taken in the Epcot center - Italy. Always fun when you can travel the world in a day walking around the lake there.

The colors fit both themes.

The CSI clues used are : Stripes (Paper), Floral Pattern (Stamp embossed with gold), Flowers/Leaves (Chipboard), Doily (Chipboard Edge), Gold Element ( Embossing powder & Liquid Pearls), Hearts (In Doily Chipboard Edge), NUVO drops (Liquid Pearls on Chipboard pieces), Glitter (Stickles on Chipboard Vines, Wanderlust title

For Creative Embellishments I used the colors, Vine and an assortment of chipboards.

A few close-ups.

It was a lot of fun making this layout. Been a while since I've used liquid Pearls and Stickles. Makes chipboard look completely different.

Thank you all so much for checking out my blog.

Enjoy your day! Hope to see you soon again!

MTW - 13 Arts - Family Joy

Hello Friends,

What an exciting month July has been.
Such an awesome beginning of my scrapbooking adventure again.

Hoping my mojo will stick around for a little bit.

This layout fits for two challenges.
13 Arts and More Than Words.

I used 13 Arts papers, stencils and chipboard and used of course the colors, flowers and butterflies.

To Fill the Requirements for the MTW Challenge I followed the sketch and of course the pictures tell a thousand words. My niece just had a new baby boy. True happiness to add to the family.

Some more close-ups!

As always, thank you so much for visiting my blog and taking a look at my work. I truly appreciate you taking the time.

See you around the interwebs!
