FUL - May - Special Moment!

Hello Paper friends!

I'm just loving the Flying Unicorn May Kit. So many wonderful papers, flowers and other goodies. Time to get going on a layout for this month.

The weather this year is so different from the previous ones. Only been in this country 7 years, but in the past couple of days went through Tornado watches, floods and quite traumatic weather conditions. Only last year this time I was celebrating my first dip in our pool. So much more fun. 

I went with the French Riviera - Respirer l'air de la Mar - 990763 as my base. Using the Prima - Cast Iron Vine Stencil - 584610, both were in the kit. With it I put white gesso and Bo Bunny Graphite Glitter Paste. I had taped off one part of the stencil so I could use it more controlled. I put it spread over several places on the page.

I picked Creative Embellishment - Flourish 5 as my chipboard sprayed it with the Prima Color Bloom that came with the kit. For my layering I used Prima - French Riviera - Journees de Rives at Adventures - 990787, tore it in several pieces. The doilies were made with the same paper as my base. 

Now that my layering is done it's time to start with my flower arrangement. The flowers with the kit this month are just gorgeous. All I added was the Prima - French Riviera - La Mer.  

All that's left to do is the title and I added a brad from the French Riviera collection.

Time to get ready for summer!
