Hello Paper Fans!

It's almost the end of the year and what a year it has been. A lot of firsts. So many exciting things are happening and 2016 is looking like it will be even more spectacular.

This layout is a first as well. I made a video of the process. You'll find it below and can't wait to find out what you all think of it.

Kind of a practice run for things to come.

The papers used are 7 Dots - Yuletide. Such a different kind of Christmas papers. Not really the traditional kind and I like to do some modern layouts too,

AS with most of my layouts, I love layering, so I did that with this as well. For my first video I didn't want to be to complicated but still eye catching enough.

Combining the different layers with the tags that came with the tag sheet is a nice set up for the page. I used a Prima doily die for an extra accent.

The gold crochet doilies by Prima were a perfect match to the papers together with the Petaloo flowers. I didn't want to over embellish it.

The chippie is part of 13@rts and comes with Flying Unicorn January KOM, It's such a nice size and has some awesome titles.

A couple more close ups!

Time to link you with the video to show you the process of making this layout.

Hope you enjoyed watching the video. I would love to hear how I did!

Enjoy Life, Every Single Moment!

Hello everyone!

My oh my, I'm just having so much fun doing Christmas layouts. This one is with the wonderful 13@rts-Winter Tales papers.

From one of the sheets I cut out all the tags and snowflakes. Below you can see the range of papers with the tags. I inked the edges with Tim Holtz Ink.

I picked my main page and put some stamping on there and over it I used the 13@rts Stencil - Holly.

For contrast I picked two other papers to create a layered effect on top. Showing the torn edges. On the bottom I stuck some popdots to show a little more dimension.

I had picked out my photo and wanted to mat it with the tags and sayings I had cut out from one of the sheets of paper earlier.

This is what the back looks like. Every tag and card has it's own piece of extra layering so you get a nice look.

Then it's time for the flowers, chippies, bling and other items to be put on the page.

I colored the Christmas Tree title with Viva Red and went over it with Red Stickles to make it pop that little bit extra.

The starts I cut out from the page I decided to use in between the flowers. Just to be a little bit different this time. Gave this star a little bit of extra bling with Stickles.

I hoped you like this project! Thank you for looking.

Merry Christmas!

Hello Paper fans!

Time for another Christmas Layout and the Riddersholm Design - Christmas Cosy line is so versatile. Was the las one al in blues now we're in the more traditional colors.

I'm also loving the big Creative Embellishments Christmas Chippies. They compliment each other so nicely. I put gesso on the big chippy, Dried it, then used 2 colors of green 13@rts paint to paint the holly leaves. The stems I inked with brown Tim Holtz Distress Ink. The edges I gave a little but of a snow effect with Prima-Finnabair Snow.

I cut of all the chippie berries and replaced them with berries from Michaels Christmas picks. It just gave it a little more detail.

A little bit of layering here and there, some flowers.

I put gesso on the Merry Christmas chippy from Creative Embellishments, after it dried, I inked the edges and put a little bit of red Stickles on the edges.

A few more close-up details.

I had so much fun making this layout. Can't wait to see how our photo's turn out this year. Hope I helped you with some crafty ideas!
